Breathwork

Breathwork is the gateway into deep cellular memory and the subconscious mind. 

It can be used to gain insights and understanding of ourselves (and our identity) that we may not have had access to in our everyday lives. 

Through Breathwork, we welcome all parts of ourselves and learn how to get curious about the different shades and facets of who we are. The very act of showing up for yourself and being in a space that welcomes all of you, to be seen and heard, is deeply healing.

How it works

The modality of Breathwork I offer is a combination of circular breathing (Traditional Rebirthing and Vivation method), Himalayan breathwork (Wim Hof), and the use of chakra-attuned music, body and energy work, all in a safe container to invoke an altered state of consciousness.

Each journey through breathwork is unique and different, bringing a wide range of emotions, physical sensations, memories and images.

Many leave the experience feeling clearer, lighter, more like themselves and more connected to the natural environment, cycles and flow of life. 

As your guide, I listen to your body, help track your internal process and support whatever needs to emerge, be seen, or be moved through. 

1:1 Breathwork sessions

Breathe yourself back into wholeness

1:1 Breathwork sessions include a check-in, where we chat about where you are at, what is present in your life and what is calling you to the session. 

This is followed by 1-hour of fully guided breathwork and a debrief at the end to ground and integrate your experience. The session runs for 90 minutes in total.


Single session | 90 min: From $260 

  • 5-session package over 2 months: $1,250 / $250 per session

  • 10-session package over 4 months: $2,300 / $230 per session

Please note, split payments can be made in a suitable payment plan at no extra cost. 

Prices are also based on 1 single person, additional cost is +$55 per additional person per session for smaller groups.
